Network of eafip procurement lawyers

The assistance that is provided through eafip consists of support by innovation procurement experts in the preparation and implementation of a PCP or PCP procurement. For this purpose the eafip initiative established an international network which consists of procurement experts in each EU member state.

The European Assistance for Innovation Procurement (eafip) is a EU-funded initiative; it is not a public body and cannot confer or grant any attribution to any natural or legal persons, either by default or upon their specific request. The eafip legal network aims to support the initiative in providing local legal assistance to selected public procurers upon their request, without prejudice to the possibility of these public procurers or of any third parties to select their legal support outside the eafip initiative.
