EAFIP Presentation & Workshop at the 3rd iProcureNet 2023 Advanced Security Procurement Conference

The last EAFIP workshop was hosted by the 3rd iProcureNet Advanced Security Procurement Conference.
Theme of this conference was: Building a sustainable innovation ground for procurement of security solutions in Europe – from public procurement to joint public procurement of innovation. The event took place on 16 & 17 March 2023 at the Historic building of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, Slovakia.

EAFIP contributed to the conference with both a presentation on 16 March as well as a (hybrid) workshop on 17 March.

Innovation Procurement Conference

The Conference on Innovation Procurement took place under the Estonian EU presidency on 17th and 18th of October 2017 in Tallinn, Estonia. The Conference also served as the 3rd annual Major eafip Event. This two-day event targeted procurers, policy makers, procurement law firms and businesses. It raised awareness about major PCP/PPI initiatives across Europe, explained the progress made so far, and presented new ideas, initiatives and funding opportunities for PCP/PPI. Presentations were also made on the eafip Toolkit. The eafip Workshop for Environment sector procurers and eafip Workshop for Energy sector procurers were held in parallel.

2nd Major eafip event – Athens

The second major eafip event took place in the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA) in Athens, Greece on the 18th and 19th October 2016. This two-day event targeted procurers, policy makers, procurement law firms and businesses. It raised awareness about major PCP/PPI initiatives across Europe, explained the progress made so far, and presented new ideas, initiatives and funding opportunities for PCP/PPI. Presentations were also made on the eafip Toolkit and the provision of eafip Assistance.

1st Major eafip Event – Paris

The first major eafip event took place in the City Hall of Paris on 27th and 28th October 2015. The two-day event targeted procurers, policy makers, procurement law firms and businesses, to raise awareness about major PCP/PPI initiatives across Europe and organise networking between stakeholders to discuss new ideas, initiatives and funding opportunities for on PCP/PPI.
