The last EAFIP workshop was hosted by the 3rd iProcureNet Advanced Security Procurement Conference.
Theme of this conference was: Building a sustainable innovation ground for procurement of security solutions in Europe – from public procurement to joint public procurement of innovation. The event took place on 16 & 17 March 2023 at the Historic building of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, Slovakia.
EAFIP contributed to the conference with both a presentation on 16 March as well as a (hybrid) workshop on 17 March.

Innovation Procurement rationale & practice

On the 1st day of the conference EAFIP gave the Presentation Innovation Procurement Rationale & Practice. The EAFIP-CORVERS Team discussed the Innovation Procurement rationale & practice, addressing the legal framework, economic rationale and state of play, including examples of projects of Pre-Commercial Procurement and Public Procurement of Innovative solutions. This presentation was a physical meeting to which visitors of the conference could participate.

Construction, Infrastructure Security & Energy Innovations in ICT Related Projects

On the 2nd day of the conference the EAFIP workshop Construction, Infrastructure, Security & Energy Innovations in ICT Related Projects took place. The workshop was hybrid and was open to both visitors of the conference as well as online participation by registration through the EAFIP website. The workshop showcased procurement cases on construction, infrastructure security & energy innovations in ICT related projects.

The iProcureNet 2023 Advanced Security Procurement Conference on 16 & 17 March 2023 is organised to share results and exchange with stakeholders. There were no participation fees to attend to the conference.
