| The new EAFIP edition offers 4 types of assistance: 1) needs identification & assessment (through prior art analysis & scoping of the procurement need); 2) conducting a market analysis (through an open market consultation & a State-of-the-Art analysis); 3) developing a business case; and 4) preparing the tender specifications & documents and launching the procurement. This first half-day EAFIP webinar workshop of 2024 focused on how to conduct abovementioned activities illustrating them through case examples of European projects. The webinar also provided the opportunity for participants to ask questions before, during and after the sessions. |
